RBC Garden

A garden centred on the value and scarcity of water, exploring its role within arid landscapes. The design draws on the Mediterranean pine habitats of Jordan, using planting to demonstrate how resilient, drought-tolerant species can create richness with minimal rainfall.

Faceted basalt forms are arranged throughout the space, referencing the geology of north-east Jordan and evoking clustered, molecular patterns. At the centre, a single water element provides a quiet focal point, reinforcing the garden’s underlying theme.
