Landscape Associates is a landscape design company based in Chertsey, Surrey, with our jobs being carried out predominantly in Greater London and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for proactive staff members who are passionate about working in the industry and in delivering high quality landscapes. You must have an excellent level of finish and a keen eye for detail are essential.
The role would entail working on site independently on detailed works as well as part of a team and help to train junior operatives. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including show gardens, podium landscapes and domestic gardens.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
UK Driving licence preferable
Right to live and work in the UK
Good level of spoken English
Previous experience in managing a construction site
Good plant and horticultural knowledge
Establish and direct the work of construction crews and contractors.
Plan in advance for all aspects of construction projects, including materials, schedule, and manpower.
Direct teams and help build.
Coordinate with architects and designers to implement innovative landscape designs.
Complete the installation to a prestigious standard.
You should have the ability to communicate effectively with our clients, the operations team and designers.
You should also be able to supervise, train and motivate landscape assistants and apprentices.
