Peckham

A compact garden for a young professional couple, designed as a calm and practical extension of the house. The layout provides space for dining and entertaining, while maintaining a strong sense of simplicity and control.

Inspired by Japanese garden design, the space is shaped through a careful balance of material and form. Granite and basalt are set against charred timber and cedar, creating contrast and depth within a restrained palette. Planting is used sparingly, allowing texture, tone and composition to define the space.
